How did I help?

HEEEYYY GUUYYYSSSSS…So now that the project is completed I assumed it would be a good time to tell you all what I did in the proses of making the movie opener!     Let’s start off with myself: Soooo basically me and Fernando came up with the original Idea of alluding to 21 Jump street, but in reality we only really used that inspiration for the title sequence. I was the one who made the original title sequences although none of them really fit together with the final movie opener. Other then that I helped Makayla with the editing by adding the opening credits, and I came up with the idea of using establishing shots at the begining of the opener to not only add time but to set up the scene that the viewers are about to digest. Allowing them to get a better feel for the school and the setting. I also helped with the sound of the movie opener, and the UR MOM perductions.      I also helped Makayla choose what background music to play throughout the movie open...

THE FINAL HOURS

Image
HEY GUYSSSS this is the post that goes over all of the things we changed in our movie opener while me Makayla and Fernando were on a face time call tonight making sure everything was in order  Firstly, we included two freeze-frame clips. I won't tell you what they're for—you'll have to watch! We also opted to rework the title sequence because the five ones we made really didn't fit the movie, in addition to adding the freeze-frame footage. We made the decision to consider "What can we do to make this different?" The idea to create a street sign suddenly dawned on Makayla and me and Fernando instantly agreed, the idea was to give the title sequence a smash cut of a street sign. Since our movie has a street-like title. In order to give the spectator a sense of the location, we also included numerous establishing shots of the institution. We grabbed a few establishing shots with the use of panning and tilting the camera. Also adding in credits to give the movie ...

What’s going on with life???

HEYYYYYY guyyyssssss      SO recently I’ve been working on my CCR, and Boy has it been hard. PREZI DOESN’T WORK ON AN IPAD!!!! Whose terrible idea was that??? ANYWAYS, its been hard to work on it because I don’t have a laptop at home so I’ve been grinding in my hours on a school laptop while in classes. And it’s coming together nicely. Only Because I switched from doing the Prezi to doing a Google slides to doing a powerpoint…ya so many hours gone to waist. BUT IT’S OKAY! I figured it out and added a voice over and all the pictures to make it more creative.     But as soon as I thought things where going smoothly, I realized that compared to the example I AM SLACKING…it’s not that mine is completely bad, but the example is so detailed and nice and I feel like mine could use more examples so tonight I have to fix that and add more examples of what went on in filming and editing with pictures as well. But anyways thats about it for today and I’ll catch you a...

I’ll figure it out eventually though…hopefully.     But I can’t really do any of that right now or this entire week because I was in coloreado with y moms family from last Sunday to Wenesday, and now I’m with my dad and his family in St. Augustine until Sunday…SOOOOOOOO…ABSOLUTELY NO REST. But it will be ok…hopefully🥲. I kinda miss being able to just rant on here its very fun and a distraction from the editing and filming process. But anyways thats all for today I’ll see you guys later!

MOVIES THAT INSPIRED US

Image
HEY GUYSSSS TODAY WE’RE GONNA TALK ABOUT MOVIES AND SHOWS THAT INSPIRED USSS!!!      Several movies and TV shows have served as inspiration for our project, with elements loosely based on the premise of "21 Jump Street." The original "21 Jump Street" television series, which combines humor and undercover police work in a high school setting, is one major influence. We appreciate how the program strikes a mix between lighter and heavier subjects, providing a novel and enjoyable interpretation of the crime procedural genre. In addition, the humorous tone and compelling character dynamics of our project are influenced by the "21 Jump Street" movie adaptions starring Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill.      The "Superbad" movie, which is renowned for its crude humor and charming depiction of adolescent friendships, is another source of energy. We like how "Superbad" delivers belly-laugh-inducing moments while capturing the awkwardness and genuin...
